RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY – EASY TO RETURN
1. Unboxing video is a must for return or exchange if you received the damaged product.
Please note unboxing video(From start to end without any interruption) is necessary for refund/return of damaged pieces so kindly give 2 mins for it without video no return/refund is possible. Share your feedback once you receive it. Complaints should register within 24 hours.

2. Send your unboxing video with your Order ID to email@example.com or WhatsApp on +91-635-592-3421.
3. We will revert back to you within 12hrs on received complaint mode( Whatsapp/SMS/Mail ).
4. Please make sure when you receive the approval of your return/exchange you have to resend the product within 1 day and share the track details with courier cost on +91-635-592-3421.
5. Please share your return via the Indian post. We will provide you the credit notes of your courier charge which you can use on your next purchase but it should be within 60Rs.
6. We will re-ship your product once we receive the track from your side.
7. Once you place the order will not be cancelled. If you cancelled due to some issue, we will give you the credit note for your next purchase. But if making is started or shipped, then order can not be cancelled.
