How do I cancel an order on Blingtastic Jewel?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
– If you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placing, we will refund the entire amount. If after 24 hours, the custom order is in making then no refund will be provided, if the order is yet to make then refund will be given in terms of credit note which will can be used in 1 year from the date of issue.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
