- 1) Each and every address is verified to avoid delayed delivery and return of shipment. Please ensure, you enter your exact address, pin-code, phone number and preferably a landmark. If the exact details are not provided, your order will be put on hold.
- 2) Once the order is placed, the custom order takes about 7 to 8 working days, If there is more then 5 custom products in 1 order it may take upto 10 to 12 days. Once the product is ready it is dispatched within 24 – 48 hours. The product is delivered with in 6 – 7 working days from the product dispatch date. However sometimes it takes longer than usual due to unexpected weather conditions and public holidays.
- 3) Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notification via email and text message. The order is shipped via a third-party courier company to ensure speedy service.
